Comments:

The temperature was very cold and there was a large patch of ice/frost to the left of the exit of the second long 180 deg. bends, which meant the hairpin was to be taken much closer. If you ended up on the icy patch, chances are you found yourself in a spin worthy of Torvill and Dean!
